Assemblywoman Rubio Announces School Breakfast Week

(Sacramento) - Studies show that one in five California school children is struggling with hunger. When kids can’t eat, it makes it harder for them to concentrate in a classroom. “School breakfast in invaluable to not only fight child hunger, but to support our children’s academic success,” says Assemblywoman Blanca E.
