Governor Signs Assemblywoman Rubio’s Bill to Prevent Unnecessary Preschool Expulsions

SACRAMENTO, CA – Today, Assemblywoman Blanca E. Rubio (D-Baldwin Park) announced that Governor Edmund G. Brown signed Assembly Bill 752, legislation to protect the education of our earliest learners, children ages three and four years old, by prohibiting unnecessary expulsions and establishing a process for providers to address students’ behavioral needs.

Rubio Connects Veterans with Jobs and Services at Resource Fair
